Physical Education and Physical Development Programs
Each school must have a physical education program that develops activities appropriate to the developmental level of each student, in addition to classes that instruct them in the topics of their physical development throughout all stages of life.

To ensure quality fitness training, the school must be clear about the goals students will achieve and how it will measure their progress toward those goals.

It is important to include opportunities for those students who wish to express their interests in physical formation through sports, which also foster collaboration and recreation skills.

Students should receive orientation in all that it means to be healthy, both in nutrition, physical activity, personal care habits, protection of their body and education about the development of the body, and how each student participates in their development.
Development of Personal Goals and Self-reflection
With a deep understanding of how their body develops, and how to take care of it comprehensively, the student should also be able to reflect on their health habits and practices, and set personal goals for growth in this area.
